The Woregg Group has acquired substantial assets of Carl Dillenius Luftfahrttechnik GmbH as part of an asset deal. With this strategic transaction, Woregg is further expanding its involvement in the high-growth aero and defence sectors and strengthening its position as a technology partner for demanding industrial applications.
In addition to technological expertise and selected assets, the acquisition also includes the established end products FliteCube and the MMD system. These innovative solutions complement Woregg’s existing portfolio and open up additional market opportunities in the international arena. The integration of the acquired assets is expected to generate synergies in development, production and sales.
The Woregg Group is consistently pursuing a diversification strategy with the aim of sustainably strengthening its activities in future-oriented industries. The expansion of the Aero & Defence division represents a central component of this strategy. Existing customer relationships and selected projects of Carl Dillenius Luftfahrttechnik GmbH will be further developed to ensure continuity for customers and partners while also providing new impetus for innovation.
EN9100 certification: Highest quality standards confirmed
In parallel with the acquisition, Woregg has successfully completed EN9100 certification, thereby meeting the high quality and process requirements of the international aerospace and defence industry. This certification further strengthens the foundation for even closer and more sustainable cooperation with existing and future customers in the Aero & Defence sector.
